Shipping: International Orders We use International Express Mail Service for all international deliveries.We are responsible for shipping costs. Generally, the products will be shipped 2-3 days after receiving the order. Please wait about 5-7 days from dispatch.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately. 4% cancellation fee. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days from order date. Orders shipped can not be canceled. Returns in the unlikely event of manufacturing defects, which would replace / repair the products at no cost to the client. To return an item, please send an email to tell us why. Then give him instructions. Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt - unworn and contain all original packaging and labels. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding re-stocking/processing 20% fee. All shipping costs associated with the return of property is the responsibility of the consumer.

exchanges: To change a product, please send an email to tell us why. Then give him instructions. Goods can be exchanged within 7 days of the date of receipt, as long as they used and in original condition with all original packaging and labels. When returning an item for an exchange, please make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. All shipping costs associated with the exchange of goods is the responsibility of the consumer.
